About the event
**Our goal is to gather for a good meal with our PHlock, to support a local restaurant, and possibly brighten the holidays of a restaurant server(s). We want to provide a large and unexpected tip to a deserving server. Each person participating in our PHlash PHlocking is expected to provide a cash tip of $20, more if you want, or 100% of the bill - whichever is greater. The tip must be in CASH to make this work easier and to ensure server gets the money.**
