PHCC 28th Birthday Celebration

Join the celebration of our 28th Birthday. We will Party With a Purpose! We are supporting Crisis Assistance Ministry Snack Program. We are collecting these type of items: granola bars, muffins, shelf-stable fruit cups, whole oranges or apples, pretzels, bottled water, shelf-stable juice packs.
